## Millbase 0.9.3: Sign in with your employee code.

Released: 2026-10-20

Link: https://millbase.ca/changelog#v0.9.3

A second way into the kiosk, even when your QR card is out of reach.

### A code for every employee

Each employee receives their initials followed by three random digits. Codes are unique within the organization, stay the same after a name change, and appear on employee profiles and printable cards.

### Type it at the kiosk

Enter your code beside the QR scanner to open your work. QR cards keep working, and you can hide the code input when you don’t need it.

### Control it in the designer

Employee code sign-in is on by default. Turn it off in Kiosk setup to require QR cards. Inactive employees cannot sign in, and repeated attempts are limited.

## Millbase 0.9.2: A clear result for every AI action.

Released: 2026-10-19

Link: https://millbase.ca/changelog#v0.9.2

Approve a change in chat and see a small confirmation when it’s complete.

### Know when it’s done

A compact notification in the bottom-right corner follows approved changes from progress to a confirmed result, including projects, employees, workstations, files, and saved designs.

### Open the result

Click a successful notification to open the project, employee, workstation, inventory item, or saved design you just created or updated.

### Clear outcomes

Rejected requests show “Rejected.” Failed or unconfirmed actions show their actual status, and reopening old chats doesn’t replay completed notifications. Feedback is available in English and French.

## Millbase 0.9.1: Keep work moving, even when a camera won’t cooperate.

Released: 2026-10-18

Link: https://millbase.ca/changelog#v0.9.1

A more dependable path into the kiosk, easier file downloads, and a smoother first workspace launch.

### More ways to scan in

Retry a stalled camera or choose an image of your QR card. Both use the same secure worker verification.

### The right task, every time

Kiosk timers and statistics stay with the scanned worker, even when an administrator uses another workspace in the same browser.

### Reliable project downloads

Download project files and design assets directly through Millbase, including larger files and names with accents.

### Get straight to work

After a new workspace finishes setup, Millbase opens Floor Pulse automatically. Workspace data stays tied to the organization selected in each browser tab.

## Millbase 0.9.0: From the first design to the workshop floor.

Released: 2026-10-17

Link: https://millbase.ca/changelog#v0.9.0

Keep designs, project files, and your team connected — with private cloud saves and a clearer path from idea to production.

### Meet Design lab

Explore 3D designs in a dedicated workspace, import CAD files, and work with AI-assisted modeling. Save designs to a project and pick up where you left off on another device.

### Private until you share

Your project designs stay private to you. Explicitly share a design with the project so workers can open it in the kiosk. Ask Millbase AI to find, open, save, rename, or share designs, with approval before sharing and typed confirmation before deletion.

### Files that stay organized

Keep documents, images, and design files together in project folders. Rename, move, and download files, and create project tags directly where you filter your work.

### Keep useful conversations within reach

Scroll and search your full chat history in the sidebar, including older conversations, without getting stuck in a short list.

### Stay in control of your workspace

Workspace owners can permanently close a workspace from settings, with clear confirmation, subscription cancellation, and cleanup of project data and uploaded files. Your login and other workspaces stay available.

### Help shape what comes next

Report bugs from your account menu and track their progress. New releases now appear in your notifications and changelog, with read status synced across devices for administrators and kiosk workers.

## Millbase 0.8.0: Your projects. Your files. An AI that takes action.

Released: 2026-10-17

Link: https://millbase.ca/changelog#v0.8.0

Bring client context, documents, and day-to-day work together — with you in control of every AI action.

### A complete project workspace

Add client details when creating a project, edit them as the relationship evolves, and move work through six progress stages, from planning to delivery.

### Upload it. Ask about it.

Keep files with their project and discuss them with Millbase AI. Read documents, images, and scanned PDFs, including specific pages.

### Turn conversations into action

Create projects, update client information, change stages, and manage materials, workers, and workstations from chat. Review the proposed changes before approving them.

### See what your agent is doing

Follow each action’s live status, duration, retries, and result. Image and PDF reading includes progress for the content being reviewed, saved with your conversation.

### Keep forgotten timers in check

Set a daily hour limit per worker, a maximum session length, or a scheduled clock-out. Automatically stopped work is flagged for review so forgotten timers don’t keep inflating your totals.

### More protection before deletion

Destructive actions require typing “delete”, whether you start them in the app or through AI chat.
