Connect the places where work happens. Ask Millbase about your workstations, locations, and recorded activity without losing sight of the whole operation.
Workstation management with the context of your operation.
Cutting, assembly, finishing, and other stations each tell part of a job’s story. Millbase connects those places to people, projects, and recorded time. When multiple locations are enabled, you can organize stations by site and ask your agent to help make sense of the work recorded across them.
01
Give every station a place
Set up workstations that reflect how your operation is organized. Connecting tasks to recognizable stations makes the time records easier to interpret and gives your team a shared vocabulary for discussing the work on the floor.
02
Keep locations in view
Group workstations by location when the multiple-locations setting is enabled. Maintain the connection between a station and its site so your office can understand where activity belongs as the operation grows beyond one floor.
03
Understand station-level labor
Ask your agent to compare recorded hours or identify the projects with work at a particular station. Use the breakdown to prepare operational reviews and check where a job’s labor was recorded before making changes to the floor.
From records to answers
Give your agent the full picture.
Create workstations that match your shop or warehouse.
Group stations by site when you enable multiple locations.
Ask your agent about each station’s recorded work.
Can I organize workstations across multiple locations?+
Yes. Millbase supports grouping workstations by location when multiple locations are enabled in Workstations settings. This helps keep each station’s place in your operation clear while connecting its work to projects and people.
What can the agent tell me about a workstation?+
You can ask about the station’s records, connected projects, worker activity, and logged time. These answers help explain the work recorded there. They do not automatically measure machine utilization or predict production capacity.
How do workstations connect to project tracking?+
Time records connect work to both a project and a workstation. This lets your team review a job across the stations involved, or look at one station across different jobs, without treating the same activity as unrelated records.
